BYFL (Back Yard Football League) is an informal social network with common interests and ideals, but without affiliation to any particular religious, economic, or political institutions.

Our current goal is to raise money to start a scholarship fund for D.C. Everest Senior High School graduates.  We are hosting a 9 pin bowling tournament on Saturday, October 22, 2011, at Dale's Weston Lanes.  The event is called BYFL Bowlnanza!  If you are interested in making a donation, go to the "Donate" tab on the sidebar.  If you wish to attend the bowling tournament, go to the "Upcoming Event" tab on the sidebar for more information and to register.

Our fund, the BYFL Scholarship Fund, has been established with the Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin. The fund is arranged to distribute 5% of the principle annually, once we reach the level of $10,000 raised. This will allow us to issue a minimum $500 scholarship annually, forever. We anticipate issuing our first scholarship in the spring of 2012.
